Fire Within, Mountain Without. Fire Clings and sheds light, Mountain stands still. The image of a campfire at the foot of a mountain, reflections of the fire dance on the mountainside. In the I Ching this is called Adorning. It has to do with etiquette; putting things in their proper place. It could be decorating for a holiday or it could be tipping a server.
Many Native Americans traditionally give offerings of tobacco to the earth and to the sky. This is a form of Adorning.
Wudang Funk faces her and attempts to make amends.

I honor you in my mind

“Sauropoda” defies description; one minute it’s funneling the sound of Afrobeat through synths, the next it’s floating off into space. Bandcamp New & Notable Apr 28, 2019
